Returns Policy for Retail Customers:

We will cheerfully refund the cost (less shipping) of a brand new, unopened product purchased on Relaxintuit.com provided:

  1. Your returned package is in “brand new” condition in its original shrink-wrap.
  2. You include the original Relaxintuit.com packing slip. [Keep a copy for your records.]
  3. The returned package is postmarked within 2 weeks of the date printed on your Relaxintuit.com packing slip.
  4. Please include your phone number, and the reason for your return.

Factory Defect? R-e-l-a-x... We'll help you!

We’re pleased to share that in the twenty-plus years we’ve been manufacturing audiobooks on CD, we’ve actually never had a product arrive with a factory defect. (Note: A defective CD would never have played properly.)

Tips to Try If You’re Having a Problem Playing a New CD:

Step 1: Occasionally, a listener may inadvertently scratch, or touch a CD surface with substances that can interfere with the CD playing properly. Try gently wiping the shiny side of your new CD with the kind of a soft, lint-free cloth you’d use to clean eyeglasses.

Step 2: There could be a problem with your player:

  • Try playing the CD on 2 or 3 different devices.
  • If your player is battery-operated, put in fresh batteries.
  • If you’re using headphones, try a different pair.

Step 3: If your CD has never played properly, you’ve tried steps 1 and 2, and you still feel a product purchased on www.relaxintuit.com was factory defective, we’ll replace your CD audiobook promptly at our expense, and your 1st class postage for the return will be refunded in U.S. postage stamps.

  • Enclose the original Relaxintuit.com packing slip with your CD audiobook. [Keep a copy for your records.]
  • Please include your phone number and the exact nature of the problem.
  • Return via Standard First-Class U.S. Mail within 2 weeks of the date on your packing slip.
