Returns Policy:
We will cheerfully refund the cost of all brand new, shrink-wrapped products (less shipping) provided that...
1) Package is unopened, in it's original shrink-wrap, and in "brand new" condition.
2) Return is accompanied by original packing slip. [Keep a photocopy for your records.]
3) Return is postmarked within 3 weeks of the date on your packing slip.
4) Please include your phone number and reason for return.

Factory Defect? R-e-l-a-x... We'll help you!
1) First, try playing your CD or cassette on a different player. It is astonishingly rare that our product arrives defective. More often, batteries may be low, or a player isn't working properly. A different player usually does the trick!
[Over time, or with exposure to extreme temperatures, any audiotape can become damaged, which does not constitute Factory Defect. CDs are of more sturdy construction, and unless scratched or otherwise damaged or soiled by user, endure for a long, long time.]
2) IF... product is Factory-Defective, it will be replaced immediately at our expense, and your return postage will be refunded per the stamp on the package we receive.
3) Return defective product via Standard First Class U.S. Mail, to the address below within 2 weeks of date on packing slip. Enclose original packing slip, (photocopy for your records,) and send a note explaining the problem. Be sure to include your phone number.

If a product offered by Relaxintuit.com is not to your liking, your sole remedy is to return it in unused, unopened, as-new condition, with your packing slip, (keep a photocopy,) within 3 weeks of the date on your packing slip, or to cease using it. Indemnity
You agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Relaxintuit.com, Relax. . .Intuit(tm)LLC, Susie Mantell, and any of their contractors, agents, employees, officers, affiliates and assigns from all liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses, including fees and expenses incurred, relating to or arising out of any information, material, products or services available on Relaxintuit.com. We may seek written assurances from you concerning your promise to indemnify us. Your failure to provide those assurances may be considered by us to be a material breach of this Agreement. The terms of this paragraph will survive any termination or cancellation of this Agreement.
Entirety of Agreement
You agree that these Terms of Use, and ordering and pricing information as posted, are the entire, complete and exclusive agreement between you and Relaxintuit.com regarding all our products, services, all related website and newsletter content, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, or whether established by custom, practice, policy or precedent, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.
